Everyone is so courteous and works hard to keep the patient flow moving. Dr Folgar takes great care of my eyes and makes sure I understand why I need to come in once a year for a retinal check-up.
My recent visit at Carolina Eyecare went exceedingly well. Every interaction with the staff, from the receptionist’s greeting in the waiting room to each examination station in the clinical area, was timely, highly professional and efficient. Even the other patients in the “dilation room“ (where you go to wait for your eye drops to work & facilitate complete inspection of your retina) were cordial and friendly. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was courteous, professional, and went out of there way to make sure my appointment was stress free.
I love the Dr.’s and staff at Carolina Eye. They are truly there to serve their clients. They take the time to explain everything to you to help put you at ease. It can be very scary dealing with problems with your eyes but I wouldn’t trust mine to anyone else!
