I recently had an eye appointment and later received my new glasses. Staff members courteous , knowledge and gave great instructions. I would recommend Carolina Eye to every one needing eye care. Thank you so much.
I am grateful for them to see my daughter but they prescribed her eye drops that they never sent to the pharmacy. I still haven't gotten them. We went on June 3 to see the doctor. I have been to the pharmacy on the 3rd and today. Still not gotten it. 🤦 She needs them to get well.
I have been calling that office for the past three weeks at no avail! The phone rings but no answer! Today I decided that I would go in person to make an appointment to see Dr. Hicks because of eye pain. Guess what? The person at the desk was on the phone and never looked up to acknowledge that I was there. I stood there for at least ten minutes without her even acknowledging I was there! I walked out. Something needs to be done! Try to support home town but it's impossible whenever you receive treatment like this!
