The Rockingham office called me in June to reschedule my annual appointment due to my Doctor of over 30 years was retiring. I was given a new date. I showed up that morning early. After waiting a short time I was called back to check in. My new date was not put into their system, I had no appointment. Just a few months earlier my wife had an appointment. I have been a patient here at Carolina Eye Associates in Rockingham, N.C for the past 10 years. I have never had a single complaint during the entire tenure. Dr. Hicks is very thorough and efficient. Every associate there, from the time you walk in, until you are finished and ready to leave, show you nothing but respect and complete courtesy.
