Dr Cody Hick is a wonderful doctor, the staff is wonderful, everyone is professional and caring. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for eye care
Went in for my annual eye exam appointment this morning, 7/29/24, (it was scheduled a year ago) and I was told that I should have received a call and a letter saying that my appointment had been rescheduled. The only call I received was on 7/17/24 to remind me of my appointment for today 7/29/24, and I did not get a letter. So my appointment was rescheduled between 7/17/24 and 7/29/24 and no one confirmed that I was aware of the change? So now I have to wait almost 5 months to get in.
