I’ve been going there for quite a few years and as the years have gone by the staff has gotten more and more lazy, disrespectful and arrogant they won’t even adjust glasses if you didn’t buy them from them even if you’re at an eye appointment and they strongly encourage you to pay your four dollar co-pay at that time even if you don’t have the money, they are jerks and they run like a freaking zoo
Do not recommend, they do not fix their mistakes and try to charge way more than was anticipated. Never use them again! Now my husband is stuck with 2 pair of glasses insurance help pay that he can't wear! Waste of time and out of $160! Bad business practices with no intent to help fix their mistake.
I would recommend to anyone they are Laid back ready to help you get your sight back thanks again y’all y’all are the best
