I called to make a new patient appt. Told them I had united Healthcare thru my husband's job.. obviously the lady that picked the phone up didn't listen and thought i said medicade... so she put me on "hold" but i could hear the entire convo. Like them better before the company change. Lease replacements were 3-7 days before , now 10-14 days ? Just trying to see the world .

I had a very disappointing experience at this office on 01/13/26 around 3:00 PM. I brought my sister to her scheduled appointment and was told at check-in that she could not be seen due to her age and because I am not her legal guardian, supposedly because of a “change in company.” This was never communicated prior to the appointment. I had no issue bringing her to appointments in the past, and my information was already on file as her brother. First time here and I would not go back. Our appointment with the pediatric eye doctor was at 2:00PM. We arrived early and at 2:20 we were still not even close to going back. Poor communication and when asked, we were told they lost track of time. Bad first impression. I am not able to respond to the owner- I stated in my post above that this was with a pediatric eye doctor- so it would not be under my name but my child's name- You can look that up by the last name :)
