I'll never use Uhaul again because they sent me to this dump to talk w/ some lying and rude, bumpkin who should be cleaning bathrooms not talking to people. I had an apt for a vehicle and this dude was 40 min late - never called any of the people he stood up either. Every 5 min we'd call and he'd say he's 5 min away. Then never apologized once. He even asked me for $20 to hook up my vehicle to the tow. Loser.
