Dr Kerry is the best! She sits down and listens to you and figures out a plan that works for you. Staff is great. The atmosphere is so good. I recommend them very highly
Exceptional care from the entire team! Dr. Scott has been a pleasure to see; he always makes sure you are comfortable and that he answers all your questions before, during, and after procedures. The front desk workers and medical assistants are very kind and professional as well. The office is very tasteful and clean. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you for taking care of me!
Extremely Disappointing Patient Communication It is unacceptable that, since October 12, I have been unable to reach this office by phone at any time of the day. I also sent a message through the Athena patient portal on October 13, and although Ms. Pacheco acknowledged my message, I have received no further response. I need to know what the proper channel is for communicating with Dr. Kerry. If I am calling or sending a message, it is because I have a legitimate concern regarding a medical study that she ordered.
