If you call to schedule and speak to someone named Lashonda or Lashawnda please be aware that they will not help you and they have terrible customer service. They will make it very hard to schedule an appointment and will not attempt to help you in anyway. I understand protocol with insurance and anything else but to treat someone like they’re just a number and not a human is disgraceful. These people are AMAZING~! I haven't even been to my upcoming visit yet and I am so impressed with their customer service. Every time I have called they have been so nice and accommodating. They answer messages sent through their portal quickly. I am SOOOOOOO glad I changed providers. WORLD of difference!!!
Really great experience as a new patient ( Garner location ). Dr. Katie is amazing and makes you feel comfortable during your visit and answers all of my questions. The entire staff is very nice and helpful which is appreciated!

I love this office and had an amazing experience going here for my pregnancy. Dr. Scott is great and provided excellent care. The office staff and nurses are warm and kind at every appointment. The space is clean and welcoming. I had a planned csection and everything went well. I was seen at this office for 8 months then my last month was at Wake Med on New Bern. Although I was sad Dr. Scott wouldn't be delivering my baby girl, I received the care I needed with him. Highly recommend if looking for OBGYN.
