In need of major upgrades…. The house has a very odd layout, but in the end our family all fit comfortably and had a wonderful time. Listing said some upgrades had been done- which they had but still a lot of old/ odd things going on. There were several spots in the floor that seemed as if the floor was very weak. The cabinets were very old- maybe just painted but not upgraded. The kitchen supplies (pots and pans etc) were everywhere- supposedly labeled but not at all. The microwave was broken. Beautiful 3 story place plenty of space n bedrooms for everyone, wheelchair accessibility n elevator for those who need it. Very very nice place!

My family stayed in this house over Christmas and it was such a great place to be. A short walk to the beach and the house was so comfortable and had everything you could want or need. The owners were in contact if we needed anything, which we didn't. I highly recommend Carolina Elegance. We will definitely be going back!

My family and I just returned from an enjoyable and relaxing stay at 109 Carolina Elegance on the Isle of Palms. This home can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 20 people and has every convenience, from a gourmet kitchen, swimming pool and outdoor porches, complete with cool summer breezes, to board games and table tennis to entertain the kids. You’d be wise to consider this home for your next family vacation.
