They are pricey but easy to work with and efficient. I went with them instead of shopping around further because of the duke energy rebate they sold me on. However, the qualifications are more than you would expect & and i didn’t qualify for the rebate despite being a duke energy customer. Just something to be aware of.

We are so impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and friendliness of electricians Matt Bridges and Riley Hooker. They installed a Tesla Wall Connector in our garage, as they are certified Tesla installers. As usual, I ask a lot of questions and they patiently explained everything to me. They are reasonably priced, too. We like the company so much we decided to adopt them as our electricians from now on -- and have used them again to install an interlock kit for a generator in our circuit breaker panel.

I had a great experience with Carolina Electric Pro's! They reached out within 30 minutes of receiving my referral via Duke Energy, provided a quote within 24 hours, and were very responsive whenever I had questions. Cody installed my EV charger and was on time, friendly, and professional. The installation was quick, and he took the time to test everything, help me set up the app, and make sure my car was charging properly before he left.
