I love my doctors there.
They don't answer their phone or return voicemails. I had them answer the phone the first time but they needed to verify insurance before setting an appointment. They sent me to the insurance department and they sent me to the website to verify my insurance was accepted (since apparently their insurance department can't check this themselves). Once I verified and called back, I keep getting sent to voicemail. I've called multiple times in the last six weeks and still nothing...
