Casey was extremely helpful both on the phone and the next day when I took my Ego mower in. Friendly and knowledgeable, it’s good to know where I can go for service on Ego equipment.
Casey Huffman, Sales & Marketing Manager, provided excellent service. Casey understands the EGO equipment better than the EGO representatives. In addition to taking the time to understand and find the part that I needed which was not shown on the EGO parts diagram, he provided the needed part at a very reasonable cost ($5 ) that fixed my trimmer instead of the EGO representative solution of buying an unneeded new motor at $100 that may or may not have included the needed part.
