I see Dr. Falls and he has helps me tremendously with my allergies
Dr. Cost and her staff were very professional and kind.
Worst communication of any doctor’s office I have ever worked with! You can never get a hold of the allergy department on the phone. I have left multiple voicemails. Only get a call back three days later, if at all. I had to drive to the office just to report any side effects of the shots or to change/schedule an appointment. Creates appointments without me scheduling them. I am going to a different allergy office just due to utter frustration with the lack of communication.
The doctor was friendly and offered suggestions to help remedy the issue that I’m having.
