I was referred to Carolina Ear Care through True Hearing in association with HUMANA. It was my first visit and last visit. Chad Fox, Audiologist was very rude and condescending. I was asked to come and sit what l describe as the Audio room where l was asked to turn left and right while he rattled on and on about him being a 3rd party and the insurance, payment perspective.
