This facility lost (discarded?) very precious and irreplaceable photos that my daughter requested while she was admitted. They were given to the receptionist during visitation and supposedly forwarded to her therapist. My daughter did not receive them. I have made numerous phone calls throughout the weeks in regard to this matter but to no avail. As a result, items of tremendous sentimental value are no longer in our family's possession. I loved this place it helped me and the staff were great people were rude but I got over it and I’m grateful I got I help the therapy was affective and good I’m sorry to those that had a terrible time
Went there when I was 15, the foods good, the staff are kind and helped me through a lot, and I thank them for that.
My grandson has been there for 24 hours, he still hasn't gotten his books and stuff. Some of the kids are bullying him and he was cut off from a call to his mom early. Of course he was telling her how rude most of the staff is. How can he get better if staff is allowing him to be bullied
Doctor Mary seemed like she didn’t care about her patients. I could tell some of the nurses there were only there for a paycheck and I felt very uncomfortable being there.
