Original scheduling and contact was positive. However, the technician called, saying he was on the way. An hour later, I called to find out he was heading home without coming to my house. Instead of calling to ask for directions when his GPS didn't work, he just gave up.
Had an appointment with this company that I had waited 3 days for. They didn't show up at the confirmed appointment time. When I called they said they were running behind on another job and would call me with an eta of when they would show up. Never called, never came. Waited hours for nothing and no resolution to my chimney problem they claimed they could fix.
Very polite and professional, however similar to other comments we paid $225 for inspection and travel fee for our chimney which had gas logs in it. We made a decision to switch to wood burning (or putting a wood burning insert in) we were told by the man who came a wood burning insert was less efficient than just burning wood in our fireplace? The owner said the opposite when we called to get a better understanding. Seems like a lot of money to get a wrong answer, made us question if the "inspection" was credible.
Had a leaking chimney, and thought it may be the cap. The guys that came out to look at it were very polite and both got up to take a look at the cap and the gas logs inside. They were honest and I never felt like they were trying to sell me something they didn’t think would work, which I really appreciated.
