I just ran across Carolina Ductmasters’ business card and realized I never left the review I had been meaning to make. Not impressed…charged for stuff that wasn’t done. And to be honest I could order the same stuff from Amazon but I wasn’t sure but now being ripped off I know 575$ I can do it
We were fortunate to find Carolina Ductmasters after being quoted a ridiculous amount from an HVAC company. Carolina Ductmasters gave us a no-nonsense quote over the phone which didn't increase upon arrival (I've read about a lot of this with other companies.) They were very friendly and did a great job cleaning our ductwork at an affordable price. We scheduled Carolina Ductmasters for a cleaning of a new home prior to move in. The team which came out were very friendly abd professional. They put in the time to make sure the system was cleaned thoroughly and also explained a few things to me as it's a new house and they wanted to point out idiosyncrasies of it to me as a new owner.
