We were NOT pleased with our experience. When we contacted Carolina Ductmasters we explained to them the height of our chimney and was assured they had the equipment to perform the job. When the two gentleman arrived in a van they did not have a ladder tall enough to reach the top of the chimney. They looked at the roof from the ground and went underneath the house and told us we needed a new cap on the chimney. Well we already knew that that was the reason for us contacting them.
