Set up an appt for 2pm. At 2:45 pm when theY hasn’t shown up I called and was sent to vm, then received a text saying “will call right back.” After another 30 minutes I called again with no answer. At 330pm (hour and a half after my appt time) they texted and said “they had to pick their boss up from a surgery.” I responded with “are you still coming to clean my carpet.” I never got a response back and they never showed. Lisa does what Lisa says she will do. I use her services for my rental houses and she is always on time and always does a superior job. I highly recommend her.
This company was overpriced and underrated. Never again
I had originally schedule with another company. They failed to show up at their scheduled time. I call Lisa with Carolina Dry Carpet and she had just finished a job and was able to come right over. I have never had a dry cleaning service done on my carpets and I was shocked at how great it looks!!! She is super friendly and gets right to work. I highly recommend her and the dry carpet cleaning! I will be calling and referring her to my friends. Great price and great service.
