Very Helpfull. I didn't feel rushed.. Bed was here in one week. Delivered on time no problems. I plan to do more business with them real soon.
We ordered 2 cabinets and the salesperson Sarah,was friendly and helpful. The order was delivered promptly and professionally by George and his partner. When one cabinet had a damaged door George was quick to try to fix then replace the door but it didn't match to our satisfaction. Mike at the store , without question gave us the option of the floor model or a new one. We had our cabinet the next day and were very please with our experience. We highly recommend Carolina direct and will be back there again!
