Very nice Dr I feel like he is going to find out what my problem is,and the staff is very nice
I really like Dr. Osemeka and his wife, but I am not at all happy with their lack of returning calls! They have said they would call me back with results or answers to my questions, but they never do, even after several attempts! I don't feel like the front staff is communicating to the doctors when I call. I take my health seriously, and they should, too! Very disappointed! Update: Doctor called me after I left without being seen. We were able to schedule my procedure within the next few weeks and it was successful. If this place can figure out its logistics and maybe update the building, it would be a better experience. Original Post: My appt was at 3pm. I got there 10 minutes early. I waited in a room where they had to keep the door left open because there was so much Lysol disinfectant spray. No ventilation, it was in my throat.
