Very nice Dr I feel like he is going to find out what my problem is,and the staff is very nice,that review was the first visit and the day of my procedure Dr very nice,but called last week to tell them I am no better can I b seen this week for f/u well a couple hrs ago I get a call saying he can't see me they were closing the office today,I tell whoever the receptionist I guess the problem she said I CAN SEE IF THE DR WILL CALL U BACK TODAY, i said lady I have a problem well I will tell him,now that's very unprofessional she... read more
Very nice Dr I feel like he is going to find out what my problem is,and the staff is very nice
I really like Dr. Osemeka and his wife, but I am not at all happy with their lack of returning calls! They have said they would call me back with results or answers to my questions, but they never do, even after several attempts! I don't feel like the front staff is communicating to the doctors when I call. I take my health seriously, and they should, too! Very disappointed! Edited today (4/29/26) to say I had to wait almost an hour before the doctor came in. My time is just as valuable! I am looking for another gastroentero... read more
