Ok experience overall. The house wasn't dirty but it wasn't clean either and that's not even my issue. Unfortunately I left something in the house and after reaching out the same day and the next business day their cleaner and their inspector couldn't find it even after I told them exactly where it was left. They claim they check every drawer in every bedroom and every everything in the house but I can tell you for a fact that is a lie. Never again! We've rented before from another company, but wanted to try Palmer's Island, where they didn't have anything, so went to Carolina Designs. Their website is great - easy to filter for things that were important to us, and great photos and the floor plans help a lot. The people we dealt with were great. But the property was a dump!
