I’ve been using Carolina designs for over seven years and I have been very pleased with her personal, friendly customer service. They have been helpful and in the event, some little mishap occurred, they are quick to fix it, or make it right.
rented the Tipsy Turtle in September 26. The house is beautiful and the location’s perfect with amazing ocean views.Plenty of fridge space, 2 dishwashers and a spacious kitchen. I found Carolina Designs rental agency to be responsive on 2 very minor issues. Pool area is great too.
We have been coming to the OBX and renting with Carolina Designs for four years. The houses always exceed our expectations. Making a reservation is easy. Pre-arrival communication is excellent. The homes are always extremely clean, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful! Carolina Designs offers pet friendly homes which is very important to us. We never want to leave our home at the beach! We look forward to next year and our Carolina Designs home!
I've been renting from Carolina Designs for 5 years and have always had wonderful customer service. We switch homes every year and every home has always meet our expectations.
Rented a beach front home in Carolla, NC from this group. The home was in excellent repair and very clean. Added bonus of having an elevator so we didn't have to carry the luggage up all of the floors to our rooms! We called with a problem with one bed (mattress was worn out) and they sent someone over immediately and replaced it with a brand new one! Nice house, fast response for any issues and we all loved the spacious home with so many rooms with balconies! Pets allowed with deposit, too!
