This review is specifically for Kathy Bowman in the office at Carolina Designs, I hope you see this! We forgot our daughter’s beloved stuffed animal, Bowser, at our beach house a couple weeks ago. Not just any stuffed animal..THE stuffed animal. The one that has been with her since birth. We were all devastated when we realized he didn’t make it home to New York. Carolina Designs is the best at communicating of all the realty companies I’ve worked with. You’re never in the dark about information you need to know, whether it’s an early check in or a maintenance issue. In addition, any maintenance issue we’ve reported has been resolved quickly. They do an excellent job!
Amazing house ( Seacret Getaway) in a great location with a very short walk to the beach. Communication and information from Carolina Designs was impeccable. They emailed and texted necessary information to keep us in the loop. And the house. Wow. Incredible accommodations!! Modern in style and perfectly appointed. Nice pool and hot tub as well. Rent with them! You won’t be disappointed!
The home we rented in Village of Nags Head was perfect for our large and growing family. The bedrooms accommodated all of us and the furnishings were comfortable. The beach front access was key with our grandchildren. Carolina Design Realty provided excellent communications and service during our stay. We have already rented the home for summer 2027!
I was VERY impressed with Carolina Designs! Our rental had a couple minor issues (e.g. tub draining, a wasp nest on the property), and they were SUPER responsive, friendly, and fast. I could hardly believe it. Would HIGHLY recommend. I'll definitely be checking them out for our next rental need.
