There are too many great dermatology offices to settle for one where I felt judged and unwelcome. If you have a disability or use a service animal, I would recommend choosing another practice. In my experience, this office did not demonstrate the compassion, respect, or professionalism I expect from a healthcare provider, and I would not trust them with my care or the care of someone I love.
Great staff and doctor! Very attentive and understanding.
Today I went there for an appointment. Upon arrival I was asked for my insurance card. I gave them my Medicare and Medicaid cards and was told that I could not be seen today. It was explained to me that due to a change in their system, they were not taking Medicaid until they updated their system. They then tried to explain that they had too many patients to call and try to reschedule with the same situation .
