This office is not Carolina Dentures. The name is Ocala Dental Harmony. The practice was sold years ago. Dr Gonzalez is now in Dunnellon Florida.
unfortunately some people are idiots and we cannot please everyone. the Fish are such people. Everything is "too much money" and "my insurance will pay for everything" . It basically comes down to people being bullies and not wanting to pay for services rendered and not the work we do. They are rude and unrealistic. At Carolina Dentures we work hard and do whatever we can to get patients their full insurance benefits.
Over charged, and misrepresented themselves, stating they are a provider for my insurance, when they aren't. Was told I wouldn't owe anything for an appointment, then received a bill in the mail. The dentist looked at 2 teeth, then billed my insurance for an emergency comprehensive exam. The office staff is very rude. Gave me a quote for several hundred dollars to 'refix' a chip on a tooth. I do not recommend this dental office
