Disorganized experience from the moment I arrived. The front desk employee came across as passive aggressive and was unwilling to make the effort to call Blue Shield to verify my dental insurance, even though that should have been a straightforward process. I had provided them with my dental insurance information a week prior to the appointment so there was also no reason for them to wait until my appointment time to verify it. I have to let this be known that is the by Far the very best Dentist Office that I have ever been to in my entire life and I’m 58 yrs old! The doctor and staff were extremely supportive and helpful in the care they provided me. Exemplary professionalism along with true compassion and care. I will recommend this office to everyone I can!
