God-awful customer service. The initial meeting and discussion of our project went smoothly enough but follow-up communication and service was non-existent. Both myself and a decades-long family friend of the proprietor had phone calls and emails ghosted by Gresham Riggs weeks prior to and during 2 separate site visits from out of town. The excuse was that he was "in the middle of a 3 million dollar move" but the 2 visits were 5 weeks apart and he could not be bothered to respond to any of our phone calls. I had a very unprofessional experience. I am a professional bathroom re modeler with 30+ year of experience in the field. my regular Solid Surface supplier was backed up and went to CC&B to have the pieces needed for a shower build fabricated by them. I sent them a print of what I need. received the quote, call to ask if they wanted a deposit. there answer was no deposit required, and I told them to submit the order. 1 week later I called to get an estimated date of completion. was told it was never confirmed and therefor wa... read more
