Best instal. This is a fantastic team! Every install has something unplanned. Our installers were fast and efficient, but they were so gracious in handling a problem that was not even their fault. We had to take out the microwave to allow them to install it, and they were so helpful and patient about it. They also cleaned up EVERYTHING. FIVE STAR ALL DAY LONG
The team did an outstanding job. We had somewhat of a unique problem matching a particularly troublesome stone and Briana and the account team as well BJ, TJ and the production team went above and beyond to get us what we needed. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of engagement and customer service from the entire team and highly recommend them.
We recently purchased countertops for our guest bathroom from here and are very pleased with our experience! The men who came out to install did a great job, took their shoes off before entering the house and were really quick. The owner of the company is kind and truly cares about his customers experience. The countertop makes a huge difference in our bathroom and we are very pleased with having chosen CCKB. We will definitely come back when we renovate our master bath next!
My first experience with Carolina Custom Kitchen & Bath has been a great one; Briana Villegas is super kind and knowledgable, the process from selecting our bath countertop stone type was very smooth; the scheduling of measuring and installation was very efficient and the work was so clean. We are absolutely delighted with the team's work and we hope to come back for the rest of our countertops soon! Super recommended!
My husband and I selected a slab over a week ago and were ready to make the purchase right then. However, we were informed that they needed to send us a quote, which would take two days. They had already informed us of the cost of the slab, so we were left wondering: 1) Why do we need a quote when we are ready to purchase and already know the cost? and 2) Why does it take two days to generate a quote?
