I called in to start the process since I am building a custom home but I couldn’t get past the person that answered the phone. Stated since I am not a builder she wouldn’t be able to help me. I stated I am the owner I am building the home and paying for it but she stated we don’t do it that way. Disappointing to say the least with interaction.
I was completely taken aback by how CCKB handled our installation—and the customer service was even worse. If you want the short version: unless everything goes perfectly, you’re risking your hard-earned money. Keep this in mind, I spent over $5,000 for a countertop and was provided something incorrect, and was mocked for thinking someone should apologize. The end result is great. The journey to get there was way harder than it should be. We had a very very hard time getting quotes outside of “in house” items. I would also recommend if you use this company to keep an eye out for additional add on line items in quotes that aren’t in the final price. We were shocked with a 70% mark up on the final quote and basically talked down to since we didn’t really all of the line item fine print that wasn’t in the any of the previous final pricing.
