Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get a golf cart. Took really good care of me. Stand up people I found alittle minor thing wrong Will said no problem and got it order for me and took care of it free of charge. I would Recommended them over anyone else!
this is what i got when i bought four 2017 rxv's from william. he told me he did not know there were this bad and promised to make it right. has not and will not return my call's. as of 3/17/21 william has resolved this to my complete satisfaction. Greg Scott

I rented a 6 seater golf cart for Halloween. They were the best price in town and very helpful with loading and unloading. On my way back with the golf cart, I broke the front plexiglass window (I guess air pressure or a bump in the road), they reassured me in that it was just an accident, and I simply paid for a replacement, not exorbitant. I would definitely work with them again. The cart was very nice and the service was great.
Do not recommend Custom Golf Carts of Conover NC we was was assured would have good batteries after having it checked out found there was no acid in the batteries and two had been on fire inside . Had to buy 6 new battery less then 4 months of ownership of golfcart .Bad customer service due to not being truthful.
