Just met the new owner, what a great guy!
Do NOT rent from this company. They stole $508.38 from me and my family. I scheduled two carts and unfortunately had to cancel due to my wife being pregnant and due around our scheduled trip date. I canceled the carts over a month and a half out from our scheduled trip. They charged us anyways and told me they would credit my card back. Many phone calls later with Jeff and many excuses from Jeff later and still we have not received our refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
Terrible service! A new utility cart bed was paid for. A used, dented, rusted bed with another company’s sticker still on the bed was installed and delivered while we were out. Upon discovering the problem many calls back and forth. They finally said they would replace it last evening. NO SHOW! Calls to the same service guy now gives you a disconnected number. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
