The worst customer service. The lady was rude and insulting. They do not give you a specific day that work will be done. They just show up unannounced expecting you to be there. Who does business like this?Please do not go deal with this place, you will be sorry!!!!

Had a screen porch completed by Carolina Custom Exterior and after 2 years it is rusting. When i contacted them, they denied even doing our porch. Do not use them, all other companies have a lifetime warranty against rust. There were other neighbors that contracted with them and they are having the same issues. If I could give them minus stars I would have
Wouldn't call me back after my builder arranged for them to make a repair. Would give 0 stars if I could.
