Had a screen porch completed by Carolina Custom Exterior and after 2 years it is rusting. When i contacted them, they denied even doing our porch. Do not use them, all other companies have a lifetime warranty against rust. There were other neighbors that contracted with them and they are having the same issues. If I could give them minus stars I would have
Wouldn't call me back after my builder arranged for them to make a repair. Would give 0 stars if I could.
This company was completely unprofessional when returning a call about a quote for siding repair. Not only did he state what company he even worked for before being asked, he stated he was too busy to just give out estimates and requested we get quotes from other companies and he could beat it. I understand hurricane repairs are very time consuming but requesting other companies waste their time to come out and give estimates to turn around and do their work is very poor business, especially without going into detail of the ... read more
