Beware: Does not service Raleigh, NC. I live in Raleigh and reached out to this company to have a garage built. Their website advertises them as a custom builder in Raleigh and says over and over that they service Raleigh. When I called to get a quote and was asked where I lived they told me they no longer build within Raleigh city limits because it’s too difficult to get permits. Disappointing.
Ranges of up to 40%, don’t need the work - just self-perform and hire subs as needed to save the questionable value of the overhead. And how about being open during opening hours or answering one of three phone numbers 🤷♂️
