Like many others, Carolina Crust canceled 4 days before my wedding and refused to return my deposit. I took this to court and, unsurprisingly, they never showed. Now that they have a legal judgment against them, they still refuse to repay. They now have 2 legal judgements of money owed against them and continue to ghost me. Avoid these people (and their other businesses) at all costs.
These folks are awesome. Great pizza.Really cool, unique setup. I know they had to cancel some engagements, but it wasn't their fault someone crashed into their truck. People are ruthless. Thanks, guys. Keep the faith, you're doing good it will all work out
Starving cause my friends reserved them for their rehearsal dinner and Carolina Crust didn’t show up.
Maybe a one time issue, but my brother wanted Carolina Crust for his wedding rehearsal dinner. They took the 25% deposit, and then cancelled my brother and his fiancée 2 days before the dinner causing them to have to rush to find another option. They still have not received a refund on their deposit. If you want Carolina Crust at one of your events just be wary.
I will start this review off with, we actually run a Pizza Restaurant! Now, out of convenience, my girlfriend hired Carolina Crust to cater a rehearsal dinner for her son and this was done in August of 2025. They required a deposit and it was paid. She later sent in another payment in January 2026 for a total deposit of around $2700 of the estimated total of around $4000.
