My husband, children and I moved in here before Halloween and have had no complaints the office staff always responds and is always very friendly, and the maintenance men they are always quick to help fix any issue and go above and beyond. Our AC had went out and they could not fix it due to being under warranty he quickly left my house and brought back a unit for my family and I without a word! We love living here we feel safe enough for our children to play, we go on family bike rides. 10/10!
First of all, this place is gorgeous. The houses are very nice and I have had no issues so far. The application process was simple and the workers were very helpful and quick with answering any and all questions I have had. It was also a very quick process and we did not have to wait forever during application like most places. All of the workers i have interacted with were very nice and inviting. My family and I absolutely love it here.
Love the open grounds and the staff is second to none!
The maintenance team of Christian and Lenny are fantastic! They are very responsive and respectful.
We was thinking about moving in here. Drove around the neighborhood and Garbage everywhere, kids in yards that ain’t there’s, dogs off leashes, grass unmowed… look like an absolute mess. We rented elsewhere.
