I reviewed this community over a year ago and had a great experience with the rental process. The homes are very nice. However, when I signed my lease, I was told fencing would be coming soon, which was a deciding factor so my dog could run the yard freely. NEVER HAPPENED! Amenities were promised in 6 months, NEVER HAPPENED! There is nothing to do here except sitting in your yard. So some tenants sit at the pond and fish. Now we're told we can't do that. So , Kari, Lenny ,and Christian are the best part of the whole experience. Kari went way above and beyond any realistic expectations with a deadline that we had to meet . She delivered every single promise that was made to us . I don’t know the newly hired office staff very well but they have excellent trainers . All maintenance no matter how small or insignificant is done rather promptly with knowledgeable personable guys !!! I would recommend to anyone to come here , which I have ! The only obstacle is getting amenities.
Moved in March 2024. Houses are built poorly, very low quality. Toilet seats, cabinet doors, and door knobs broke. We were promised a “6 foot privacy fence was going to be built in March 2024. Never happened. We were promised the amenities (pool and gym) were “coming soon” in March 2024. It’s August 2025 now and still nothing. Living here has been very disappointing. Pest control is supposed to be provided but the outside of my house is infested with BROWN RECLUSE SPIDERS and I’ve been bit multiple times now.

Major bug problems living here. Leasing office doesnt seem to care as I have left unreturned messages and emails. 5 year olds being bitten in their sleep by herds of ants and I cant get a call back.
