I find it difficult to even give 1 star. My lease expired on January 21, 2026. It is now May 18, 2026 and have yet to receive my security deposit. I also have collections calling me stating that Carolin Crossing states I owe 1 months rent for the month after my lease expired, even though I provided 60 days notice of intent to vacate. They could not locate any of my lease information, so I sent them the intent to vacate letter I had dated and had them sign , along with all my lease contract information.
