I have a warranty with them for encapsulated Crawlspace and they have blocked my phone number making it impossible to contact them. I emailed & if I’m unable to speak with someone in a reasonable time, I will report them to the BBB for not honoring a warranty & blocking my numbers.
Well.... I WAS happy with their work. But it appears they are out of business now. So I guess the warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Going to give Dry-Pro a shot to take over the maintenance.
It has been a little over two years since Carolina Crawlspace Pros encapsulated the crawlspace of the historic home I had recently purchased. At the time the crawlspace was standing in water, there was mold in the crawlspace and the hardwood floors on the first floor of the home were cupped. Carolina Crawlspace pros were great to work with. They started earlier than estimated and worked quickly & efficiently. Our crawlspace had a high level of humidity (in the 70-80%). Carolina Crawlspace Pros came out cleaned and encapsulated our Crawlspace, and added a dehumidifier. Ever since, our Crawlspace has been between 31-45% humidity - only reaching into the 40’s during super heavy rain falls.
