I got tested and the positive results were texted to me 3 days later. The same day I went for a rapid test which was also positive. I recommended my friends go here as well. Fast and no appointment needed.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will swab you but you will get NO RESULTS BACK. They do not answer phone, text, or email for weeks. Is this an identity theft scam? They took our drivers licenses and insurance info...
I haven't been to this location yet, but its impossible to get in touch with them. They have a notice that they are closed today due to inclement weather but the date is yesterday's date. So I've been trying to get in touch to see if they are open today. When you call it says you have to email. Online it says you can text. I did that a while ago and no ever texted me back. If I can't get in touch with them to even find out if they're open, I don't want to find out what it would be like to get test results back.
What a terrible experience with this place. This is the last testing location you want to go. I tested 5 days ago and have no clue about results. They tell you you will have results in 3 days. Also, after testing, I found out you can just txt or e-mail them (which they dont answer), and there is no possibility to talk to somebody. Here I am going to test in another location. Starting to think that this place is a SCAM. DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.
