So disappointed. I used the on line from; no one called or emailed. I called; they told me the person who schedules will call me. That was three workdays ago. Seeking help elsewhere. Apparently, they have too many clients.

Unfortunately our very first appointment was canceled and we didnt know. We drove one hour to the facility just to be told that the counselor was sick. So we made it to our second appointment with no issues but our third appointment she canceled again. We drove all the way there again to be told that our counselor canceled again. They said they sent me a text message. I told them a phone call would have been nice. We decided to find another therapist. I started my therapy journey here about a year ago with Tamara and it has proven so beneficial. I've never been more comfortable or at ease when talking to someone. Definitely recommended .

I have had such a positive experience with Carolina Counseling Professionals. Kim at reception desk is warm and professional. CCP has a pleasant and clean office, and they return my calls and are easy to get a hold of by phone. I am struck by the empathy and quality of care I have received here. And I cannot recommend Kayla Tolliver enough. She just honestly cares. She really listens and treats you with warmth, kindness, and patience.
