My husband and I had an appt. to work on some communication problems...After filling out forms electronically, for an hour for each of us...the counselor calls and cancels on us...and says she does not like our insurance...What a caring and giving person..NOT...We are watching our finances now, as she has all our info, and considering reporting to the Medical Bureau. Finally, did I mention she cancelled 2 hrs. and 45 min. prior to the appt.....No professionalism at all...I recommend you find someplace else!
Very nice and respectful.
The counselor we dealt with was very unprofessional. She could not even handle the simplest of tasks. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they could not help my child.
