My experience at this dental office is unlike anything I’ve ever encountered as an adult. Yesterday marked my second visit, and unfortunately, both visits left me unsettled—except for one shining light, Shadel (I apologize if I’m misspelling her name). ***** TERRIBLE DENTIST**** they do not care about your pain or suffering!! I told them when I called I was having serious tooth pain. They wanted to schedule me for a cleaning, to get x-rays and formulate a treatment plan. I went my appointment was at 11am. I was there 2 hours just for x-rays for the dentist to say you need to have the tooth pulled. I explained to them the pain had been excruciating and that I had been taking lots of Ibuprofen and it wasn’t touching the pain. She still only wrote a prescription for ibprofern... read more

If I could leave a review without putting a star I would. This dentist is ripping people off. They ripped me off. They put a temporary crown in my mouth and it finally fell out a year later. During the year I called and called asking where my permanent crown was and they said its not in the office and they will call me back. They never returned my call each time I called they said the same thing over and over again and never returned my call. Before making my first appointment I read the reviews and almost didn't go there. But it was the only place at the time that accepted my insurance and was taking new patients. I'm so glad now that I went. I love love love the receptionist. 8 love the dental assistants. And I love the dentist. 8 had to have a lot of work done considering I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years. They made me feel welcome. They explain every step they are doing. They ask multiple times if I'm ok. I have never felt pain while having work done. ... read more
