On Friday July 18 we returned home at 10:30pm to find our AC was no longer cooling the house, and the house was very hot. Saturday morning, per a neighbors recommendation, I called Robbie at Carolina Cool Zone. Robbie's technician Phil was at our house early in the afternoon and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our system. Great prompt and professional service. We were so grateful our neighbor, Liz, told us to call Robbie! Highly recommend Carolina Cool Zone!
Called last night around 9pm. No a/c. Robbie came the next day on time and fixed the problem. Very nice man and knows what he is doing. Did not over charge. Very satisfied.
