I recently had Carolina Cool Zone replace my entire HVAC system. I could not be happier with my experience from top to bottom. Robbie came to give me an estimate and went over all of work ahead and explained it all perfectly. His price was extremely fair. In fact if he had not come highly recommended, I would have thought it was too good to be true. We finalized the agreement on Thursday and he was here Monday with his crew to do the work. Excellent and professional service
Hired them to replace our old existing hvac unit for a new one, and replaced all our ductwork. Easy and stress free from the initial call all the way to finishing the job. Showed up when they said they would and worked hard until they were finished. All of our dogs and the cat who is the boss loved all the technicians. Highly recommended.
