We sat down to look at the drink menu and after we sat down for about 10 minutes, I decided to go to the bar to order and the lady stated “if you are sitting, I have a waiter coming”. After another 30 minutes, there was no waiter that came to our table. Someone sat behind me and as soon as he sat down his drink came to his table meaning he was able to order at the bar like I initially tried. Typically CAE is a great place to fly to and from. This trip was concerning. TSA started out fine with the line moving and a projected 15 mins to get through security. But!! There was a difficult bag that required extra screening, the owner of said bag was non English speaking. The TSA agent was yelling at the poor woman to help her understand I guess.
