I have been an outpatient at this facility for my monitoring. My clinic was in NY and I need monitoring before and after my transfer. This facility is outstanding in communication with their online portal which even my clinic lacks. Scheduling appointments and getting in and out was a breeze. The shout out is for KAREN who did all monitoring effortlessly. They never made me feel uncomfortable or an outside patient. I had a great experience with Karen during my first follicle check. She completed my ultrasound and blood work and made what can be a really stressful appointment feel so much easier. We joked and laughed, and she made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. The front desk staff is also always warm, pleasant, and welcoming. From the moment you walk through the doors until the moment you leave, every single staff member is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is always smiling, kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. Lauren Braswell is the best nurse, patient and kind and eased my worries and fears. Karen Onori is the best FNP very knowledgeable and patient. Also the facility is 100% LGBTQ friendly.
