Bad experience with a peer support from this company. Constant no shows without cancellation while still billing my insurance. Inappropriate, unprofessional. I ended up dropping because I was uncomfortable with behaviors being exhibited in my home and didn’t want to be involved with any insurance fraud although I’m pretty certain she is probably still billing my insurance. Be very careful with this company. I think the peer support worker was actively using drugs while in my home.
Place sucks! Bad communication. Doesn’t answer the phone. Therapist was suppose to reach out weeks ago.
They have changed everyone working in the office twice in the 4 months I been working their, they have messed up almost every one of my paychecks.They are unprofessional they are unorganized, they are petty, worst company I ever worked for. Will not pay you your last check if you quit. They are horrible
Bullies' and management is horrible. Client are not worth coming here because you will be worst off! Caleb the director is not worth the pay. If you care about your mental health this is not the place to get service.
They have been working with me .. Erica ,Keisha ,Dr Sampson are great and they also have your best interest AT Heart an really do help you .. 5 STARS FROM ME
