Awesome experience. The day I came in to drop my son’s car off, the computers were down. No big deal, I wasn’t in a rush and “stuff” happens. Ginger went out of her way to get me in a loner car and on my way despite the computer issues. Car was finished a week ahead of schedule and looks great!

We had a really good experience with Carolinas Collision Center. The people there were very nice and helpful from the beginning. They treated us with respect and helped make the repair process easy. One thing we really liked was having a Spanish-speaking person at the front desk. Katty was wonderful! Spanish is our first language, so it helped a lot having her there.
