After being in my first ever accident, I took my car to Carolina Collision Center. I worked with Andrey who is knowledgeable, was great at communicating with me and helped during the whole post accident process. The shop was very quick on their part and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
I brought my Mustang in last March to get the front bumper repaired. Andrey was super professional, always kept communication open with me throughout the repair process, and had my car looking brand new, all while working hard to keep the cost within my budget. He had trouble finding a specific part that was needed, contacting people from all over the country just to find the right part. He made it work and the car looks great!
I brought my car here after a car accident on the front drivers side. I filed a claim with my insurance, my insurance sent me here. My car was not drivable so it was towed, it took over 2 weeks to get my car in the shop and “fixed.” When I finally picked up my car it was in awful condition, nearly still undrivable.
