We recently built a new house and wanted something a little nicer than the wire shelves that our builder was going to provide. We called Carolina Closets. Nancy Cannone came out and took measurements for 4 closets, a walk-in master closet, and a pantry. Within days she had it all designed and the quote readied for us. In addition, I gave the Designer, Aileen King, a sketch of an office I wanted which converted a large unused 9'x9'x3' coat closet into a useful space.
