Wonderful Experience! Ricky made the entire process so easy. We ordered shutters for our downstairs and blinds for upstairs. He came out and measured and about 4 weeks later they were installed in one day. Absolutely love the shutters and could not be happier. Ricky provides superb customer service. I highly recommend!!
Terrible service. We were told our shutters would be installed in 5-6 weeks after measuring. We have been delayed twice on installation and still no shutters. Now we are told the frames didn’t ship with the shutters. Really? This is your business. We paid half up front so there’s nothing we can do but continue to wait. Heading into week 8!!!!
