i have been with this office for many years i love Dr. Knuckles the recent changes in the phone system and doing thigs virtual assistance is a horrible idea it is no way to reach the staff i have bee calling for days to try and make an appt. change the system back please
We left this medical practice after two+ decades. Definitely not what it used to be. 😏 Could not even get anyone to answer the phone to ask a question. They never DID send my medical records to my new primary care provider either. That process had to be taken care of by my new doctor’s office. Whew. Glad we were not sick. We had no confidence left in the practice.
I've called five times and they saying that they're closed but on the website it's stating that they open from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday
