Got to condo in Emerald Isle on Saturday and started calling this company where the warranty for the unit is through. No answer for Sat., Sun, or most of Monday. Talked to Someone who said to call the main number, which is what we had been calling and leaving voicemails. Finally talked to a tech, Richard and set up for him to come between 12-5.
