We are so happy to have called Carolina Chimney Vent & Ladder! They are the BEST in their line of work. From our first phone call to the end of this difficult job, they have been courteous and efficient. Our situation was much more than the normal chimney sweep. They ran into several unexpected roadblocks but tackled it head-on! We plan to keep them on our "Best Business" list and will be calling on them every year. Thanks again!
Eddie incorrectly installed our gas lags last December and declined to provide an invoice for the $475.00 of the work he did on our chimney (which was well over what the original estimate was). We had to pay $175.00 to have them re-installed. Mr. Harkinson has yet to reimburse us, even after promising to do so. Steer clear of this business! I have given up trying to collect the money after over 6 months.

I saw Mr. Harkanson when he was in the middle of a job, and he was very couteous to me while I waitedto makr an apt. and ask some questions, he is gettting to be a bit known around here for doing gret work, and the prices are good, he is on time, and a Great Family man to work with. Highly recommend him
