I had a really stressful experience and broke my glasses today. I went in and everyone was so helpful but especially Kim. She gave me different options on how we could fix them and she knew I was in a rush to go to work and accommodated me so nicely. She really made my day and turned such a stressful bad day into a great one. I highly recommend this place and all of their employees. Thank you so much Kim!!!
My left eye started getting blurry and they worked me in for a visit. Dr. Tarr realized I need to see a retina specialist and they also got me into a retina specialist office the same day. Thank you Dr. Tarr and all the staff at Carolina Eye.
Pros: Uber excellent vision care, reasonably friendly office staff able to fake a smile Cons: they charge for EVERYTHING they can leaving you to owe an astounding amount despite their quotes, scheduling can be tedious
Very efficient and caring. Made sure I understood every aspect of my exam.
Customer service was unprofessional and indifferent. It's been a massive hassle to get much needed glass lenses. I've scheduled an appointment and gone to the office twice, calling out of work, for them to tell me they had the wrong size of lens. Staff never took ownership of the situation, empathized, or clearly explained how the wrong lenses could be ordered multiple times.
