Absolutely one of the best all-around service providers in the area. From regular provider to palliative and hospice Carolina caring is awesome! Not only do they treat their patients with a high-level respect but the caregivers that are also there for the patients feel respected as well

This review is specifically related to the in-home hospice services Carolina Caring provides in Gaston County. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for hospice services if you can. We experienced poor communication and poor follow through. They even failed to contact their DME company to order the pick up of equipment after my father passed. What should have been a source of support for my family was a source of stress and aggravation.

I am grateful to this group for their assistance over the final year of my mother‘s life. They were excellent with my mom, and helped me understand what to expect. Then, following my mother‘s passing, I received a call from a grief counselor from Carolina Caring, Madeline. I didn’t realize I needed the opportunity to talk things out/think things through over the year following my mother’s death, but it turns out I really did. Worst place ever. Beware Stay away with your loved ones. All they care about is the money they get. Make them mad because yiou don’t like something they drop you,
