Carolina Care Heating & Air LLC provided outstanding service. Not only did they respond quickly—even during the peak of summer—but the technician was professional and went above and beyond. He located and accessed my outdoor AC unit, which was behind a locked door on the roof of my apartment building, without any issues. It was clear he was highly skilled and knew exactly what needed to be done. I couldn’t be more impressed with their promptness and professionalism!
