I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Dan Bouknight and his office. I arrived early for what my text message clearly stated was a 12:30 appointment. After waiting more than an hour, I asked about the delay and was told my appointment was actually at 1:30. No one informed me of this when I checked in, and the receptionist admitted she only marks arrival and doesn’t verify appointment times. Dr Bouknight is awesome! Great bedside manner, down to earth, and will spend as much time he needs to get all your questions answered.
Great practice — you don’t find many medical offices like this anymore. Dr. Bounknight, Tabitha,NP, and the entire staff are wonderful. They take their time, answer all your questions, and never make you feel rushed. They’re thorough, attentive, and genuinely care. I highly recommend giving them a try.
This place is the best!!! The service, the staff, the facilities and the doctors are second to none. I could go on and on. I and my wife have transferred all our medical needs here. It's a one stop shop. They have a cardiology dept, a medical dept, a men's clinic and so much more. The service is unbelievable.
